Here you can hold a party in Vengen Skafferi at The Jekt Trade Museum after the café has closed. We set up, set up and clean up, and you choose between two, three or five courses.

The company can start after 5:30 PM.

Price

Rental price: NOK 7,500. The rental includes rigging, standard table setting, personnel and clean-up. Regular museum admission is included.
If you would like to participate in the exhibition, the additional fee is NOK 75 per person.
Catering: Send us a request and choose which catering you would like. You will then receive a quote.

Serving

The restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. The entire company chooses the same menu.

Party menu 2026

2 courses – NOK 685 per person. Starter and main course, or main course and dessert. Customized drink package: NOK 265.
3 courses – NOK 825 per person. Starter, main course and dessert. Customized drink package: NOK 415.
5 courses – NOK 1,055 per person. All courses below. Customized drink package: NOK 665.
We serve warm bread with butter with all meals, regardless of the menu.

Beetroot from Skutvik
Bacon, whipped cream cheese, crispy seaweed balls and browned butter.

Fried focaccia
Clipfish cream, homemade mustard, apple and cucumber.

Main courses
Confit pork chop cap
Red cabbage, burnt apple cream, glazed carrot, golden-eyed potato and spice sauce with mustard and herbs.

Clipfish
Grilled and glazed celery root, leeks, crispy leeks and mussel sauce with meadow sorrel.

Dessert
Mulberry sorbet
Grilled white chocolate cream and "crumb cake".
